.NET Framework 安裝錯誤的解決方案

　　這幾天發現電腦中的某些程式突然間都不可以開啟，像是MSN Live Messenger 8.0以上的版本或是Encatra。在點選程式的時候，就會出現要我重新安裝程式，可能可以解決開啟不了的訊息。不過在重新安裝了相關程式後，錯誤的訊息依然不變。
